More Mallow Love

These globe mallow just won't quit and I've taken to bringing them inside to enjoy.  This sake bottle was saved on a whim and it's the perfect vessel for these sweet little flowers.  Savoring every moment of spring and the blessings it brings...

It's spring fever.  That is what the name of it is.  And when you've got it, you want - oh,
you don't quite know what it is you do want, but it just
fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!

  1. This is so beautiful! I'm still on the lookout for this plant in SA. Might have to make the drive to Austin to purchase one.

  6. Very nice composition. I took a photo of a mallow growing in asphalt last summer in Wyoming. Same flowers but different species. Extremely hardy I should say.

Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind.
"Pooh!" he whispered.
"Yes, Piglet?"
"Nothing," said Piglet, taking Pooh's paw. "I just wanted to be sure of you."
